Clean & Jerk Drills (Unloaded Skill)

Clean & Jerk Drills are a very important part of your skill development and maintenance of technique. It is a little be like thai-chi for weightlifting. They should be performed slowly and purposefully, developing your awareness in all the key positions in the lift.
