Conditioning
Here are some of the main areas of additional conditioning that we use here at LOWA. I have broken them down into 3 key areas. All the areas do over lap though.
Firstly there is Primal Strength these are simple compound exercises used for develop gross strength, this will include exercises like Front Squats and Dead Lifts.
Then a very important aspect is Mobility this involves increases strength and functional through a good a solid range of motion. Very important to get right to ensure a safe and affective development in the sport.
Trunk strength is essential and usually massively over looked. This is your ability to hold posture whilst allowing the limbs to move freely. Very important in developing overall strength.
