Clean & Jerk

Clean & Jerk - Taking the bar from the floor, touching mid thigh before jumping into a front squat. Then sink into a dip before driving into a catch position (split or squat) with the arms locked out. (LOWA definition)

Move the bar from the floor to shoulders in one motion and from the shoulders to over head in one motion.(IWF definition)
